Have you seen all of those videos on Instagram of nails being painted by a black looking polish then a silver glitter patted on top? It’s normally done with a black gel polish with a very pigmented powder.
To achieve it you need to go to exclusive high end nail salons because of the specific technique. Sadly it isn’t something you can do at home.
